{CLEANING FEE} – 15,000 Yen per trip
A cleaning fee is a one-off charge for cleaning the space you stay. Upon reservation, a one-time cleaning fee of 15,000 yen will be added to the total amount.

{MID-STAY CLEANING FEE} – 11,000 Yen for stays more than 7 nights
Upon request at additional fee, a mid-stay cleaning includes basic vacuuming, organizing, dishes, changing linens and towel replacement

{CANCELLATION POLICY}
Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away.
The guest can cancel free of charge until 60 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 50% of total price if they cancel in the 60 days before arrival.
No refunds (100% cancellation charge) for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
